Hate the thought of having to go the gym? Why not come to ADFA and enjoy some Zumba Fitness. Zumba is a popular dance fitness movement that is popular all around the world. The program involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. This 45 min high intensity class incorporates various styles of dance such as; hip-hop, reggaeton, salsa, merengue, cumbia, dancehall, soca, dembow, flamenco and more. Squats and lunges are also included to really feel the sweat building. Zumba is aimed at our adult demographic but we will happily accept anyone who wishes to build on their fitness level.

SATURDAYS 7:30-8:15am!

*This class is high intensity, however suitable for most fitness levels as you can go at your own pace.
